Role description
Global Framework Design and Governance
- Lead the definition, implementation, and continuous evolution of global frameworks for Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy, leadership models, compensation structures, and corporate culture.
- Define clear criteria to identify key talent and critical roles globally.
- Establish and manage annual governance calendars ensuring consistency and scalability.
Performance and Talent Management Cycles
- Own annual cycles including goal setting, performance conversations, evaluations, talent reviews, calibration sessions, succession planning and SWP.
Competencies and Capabilities
- Design and maintain a global competency framework integrated into HR processes.Analyze future skills needs and drive upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
Executive Reporting
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for the Group Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Stakeholder Enablement
- Enable HRBPs and SMEs with guidelines, communications, and training.Lead the Performance and Talent Management Community.
HR Technology and Analytics
- Partner with HR Technology teams to optimize SuccessFactors.Analyze talent and performance data to support strategic decisions.
Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking
- Integrate external best practices and internal feedback to keep frameworks innovative and relevant.
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in Performance, Talent, Succession Planning and SWP.
- Proven experience designing and governing global HR frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid knowledge of compensation frameworks and competency models.
- High proficiency in SuccessFactors.Experience working in complex, matrixed and multicultural environments.
