Your role:

  • Within this role you deliver IT projects and services for business applications in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Quality IT domain.  
  • You support site specific applications including quality and shop floor systems in collaboration with local end-users and business stakeholders. 
  • You manage external delivery staff to secure project support and business continuity according to service level agreements.
  • In cooperation with project teams, you drive the execution of related IT project roadmaps as major aspect of your job.
  • Together with other Solution Architects you will define the technical design of the IT solutions. 
  • As part of your daily work, you ensure proper documentation of all activities performed in projects and during service management (e.g. qualification documents, work instructions, change requests, vulnerability management, etc.).
  • In your role as Qualification Owner, you will be accountable for all compliance aspects of the portfolio of GxP relevant systems in Spain and other European countries, including the security aspects.


Who you are:

  • Academic Degree in computer or natural science or business administration.
  • Experienced delivery manager (4+ years) ideally for manufacturing, supply chain or quality systems
  • Self-motivated, highly engaged individual with a strong customer focus and the capacity to learn and develop.
  • Team player who is used to work virtually in an international organization.
  • Thoroughly familiar with current Quality & GxP IT compliance trends for manufacturing & quality capabilities (e.g. IoT, LIMS, MES, etc.) and underlying technology. Broad IT infrastructure knowledge (i.e. OS, DB, system hardening, etc.).
  • Solid (i.e. C-Level) presentation and communication skills.Solid foundation in IT service management methodology (preferably ITIL certification).Profound experience in working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English. Business fluent French is a strong plus.
